William I. “Ike” Powell

Area Manager

Ike has worked for GeoSonics, Inc. since 2006. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the office including client development, field work, damage claim investigations, public relations, project bids and cost analysis. He regularly conducts pre-blast inspection and vibration monitoring of residential and commercial buildings.

Professional Experience:

Ike is currently the Area Manager for the North Carolina office. In addition to coordinating office operations, he has worked on prominent projects like Highland Creek Residential Development, Orange County Water and Sewer Authority’s Bolin Creek Interceptor Project, University of North Carolina’s Dental Sciences Building and the City of Raleigh’s Crabtree Basin Sewer Project. Ike began his career at GeoSonics, Inc. as a Field Technician and was promoted to Field Operations Manager in 2009 before earning the Area Manager position in 2010.
