Focus:
Joe joined Vibra-Tech in 1996 and has experience in monitoring, analyzing and researching vibrations and their effects on structures and the community, specializing in the aggregate, construction and geophysical industries. Joe has also presented at hundreds of public meetings, performed hundreds of pre-inspections and damage claim investigations and monitored vibration events across 23 states and Canada.

Joe is currently Vice President of Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., Board of Directors member and Area Manager of the Texas office. Joe has completed significant work with the oil and gas industry providing monitoring planning and execution of vibration monitoring for seismic survey studies.
